Jeff DuBro
Founder, Owner, Master Builder
Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Jeff founded DuBro Architects + Builders (originally Novus Inc.) in 2001. Jeff holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville and has been a licensed Architect since 1999.
Kelly Lesperance
Office Manager
Working with DuBro since 2004, Kelly has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from St. Norbert College, Wisconsin. She served in the Peace Corps in Sierra Leone. Beyond handling the general workings of the office, Kelly is responsible for all the company and project accounting.
Isabelle DuBro
Interior Designer
Working with DuBro since 2013, Isabelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from The Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore. Isabelle works directly with our clients to integrate the interior finishes and fixtures with the Architecture.
Lucia Dunin-Borkowski
Project Architect / Designer
Working with DuBro since 2004 and a licensed Architect since 1995, Lucia has a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Texas in Austin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidad Ricardo Palma in Lima, Peru.
Liliana Haskin
Architectural Designer
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidad Ricardo Palma in Lima, Peru, Liliana brings her extensive experience in millwork and architectural documentation and 3-D modeling to every project in design. Liliana started with DuBro in 2021
jacob bennett
Operations Manager
Equipped with superb experience in residential construction, Jacob joined DuBro at the beginning of 2023. Jacob’s organization, technical know-how and his even temperament allow him to manage the integration between Architecture and Construction, the cornerstone of our practice.
Luis maravi
Field Manager
Working with DuBro since 2003, Luis has been an integral part of the growth of the company. Luis’ positive attitude, natural leadership and deep experience in the field makes Luis the perfect Field Manager/Construction Superintendent.
Leonidas Villatoro
Finish Carpenter and Welder
Working with DuBro since 2017, Leonidas is a truly versatile skilled craftsman in a variety of trades including cabinetry, welding and lumber milling.
Neftaly Villatoro
Lead Carpenter
Working with DuBro since 2005, Neftaly is our master carpenter focusing on furniture-grade carpentry for our cabinetry, built-ins, stair rails and anything that requires the highest level of skilled craftsmanship.
Alex Comacho
Tile Setter and General Construction
Working with DuBro since 2013, Alex is a true team player and expert tile setter.

Painter and General Construction
Working with DuBro since 2020, Remberto brings a huge desire to be a part of high-quality craftsmanship and contributes to our projects in multiple ways and is a high-quality painter.
